My name is Alex and I would like to personally welcome you here and say thank you for taking the time to pop in and see what I get up to. I hope you will be inspired and encouraged during your visit.
Most of the paintings you see here are either those that have been speed painted at worship events or painted for individuals. The majority of those appearing here have been done in the last year and as such represent fairly current messages for people.
The nature of my work is that of a “hope inspired story or message”. I rarely know what the painting will become when I start. I begin with a sense of invitation and often with just one clue…. It’s a bit like going on a treasure hunt and it is always a journey of discovery, both for those watching and for me.
My aim is always to bring hope and encouragement through my art.
